Auto Plus ACES Lookup Tool

The Auto Plus ACES Lookup tool was designed for the end user to be able to fully interogate both the AAIA ACES Vehicle and Parts Configuration Databases (VCdb and PCdb). With the Auto Plus ACES Lookup tool you can filter by vehicle group, type, make, model, year, sub model and region.

AAIA Catalog

It allows users to publish electronic inventory catalogs on CD for distribution to customers and client base. The user then copies and writes to a CD on their computer. Auto Plus users can efficiently burn as few or as many copies as they wish without having to worry about cost. The user simply creates one master copy. Accounts Receivable

All features of the robust Auto Plus Accounts Receivable can be used at the time of sales order entry, service orders or point of sale. Additionally, Auto Plus Accounts Receivable allows for the end user to easily apply cash receipts to outstanding invoices, multiple invoices and not yet applied cash and customer deposits. Accounts Receivable is fully integrated with Accounts Payable and General Ledger for complete reporting and analyzing.

Inventory Control

The Auto Plus system is the only automotive software business solution that allows users to cross-reference inventory to vehicles using a master MMY (Make/Model/Year) table from AAIA – Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association. By way of example, a part number may fit a combination of different makes/models and years. Most systems allow for entering basic information, i.e., part number, description, cost and possibly up to six or seven selling prices. Auto Plus allows the user to enter manufacturer code, UPC, part number, short and long descriptions, product names, notes, technical notes, images, alternate inventory items, stocking items, cross-reference inventory items, up-sale items, vendor costs, unlimited pricing, core banking, last cost, average cost, cost factors, bill of materials and work orders. Plus cross-referencing said items to all 25 diverse MMY combinations is allowed. Since some customers have hundreds of thousands of items, with Auto Plus they have the ability to locate the item by its application. As an added benefit, the user has the ability to export the catalog they have created into a stand-alone CD for duplication and distribution to customers.

Purchase Orders

Auto Plus purchases are fully integrated and not on separate modules. When searching out inventory, back orders, activity or movements of inventory, all are accessible from the system, providing the end user access to the data required for making informed decisions. History as it relates to a particular vendor or item is available when placing an order plus shipments can be partially received if quantities are missing. In addition, SKU labels can be printed as they are received and saved.

Sales Order Entry

A comprehensive order system that comes complete with Pick/Pack and Invoice procedures. While smaller automotive companies may bypass these procedures thereby going straight to Invoice, many of our clients require these important procedures. In addition to the complete order system, Auto Plus includes specific features for locating inventory by Make/Mode/Year, alternate number, cross-reference number and countless other multiple filters. This unique feature allows the user to sell more products during the time of sale by selecting up-sale items associated with the main inventory item.

Service Orders

The Service Order System of Auto Plus has been designed to totally integrate with the rest of the system providing the ability to create custom service billing codes. These codes are put to use in the system without having to re-enter the information. It also allows for the ability to assign default inventory to these codes. This module allows the user to create Service Estimates, Technician Worksheets and Service Invoices.
