The Auto Plus ACES Lookup tool was designed for the end user to be able to fully interogate both the AAIA ACES Vehicle and Parts Configuration Databases (VCdb and PCdb). With the Auto Plus ACES Lookup tool you can filter by vehicle group, type, make, model, year, sub model and region.

By way of example, a part number may fit a combination of different makes/models and years. Most systems allow for entering basic information, i.e., part number, description, cost and possibly up to six or seven selling prices. Auto Plus allows the user to enter manufacturer code, UPC, part number, short and long descriptions, product names, notes, technical notes, images, alternate inventory items, stocking items, cross-reference inventory items, up-sale items, vendor costs, unlimited pricing, core banking, last cost, average cost, cost factors, bill of materials and work orders. Plus cross-referencing said items to all 25 diverse MMY combinations is allowed. Since some customers have hundreds of thousands of items, with Auto Plus they have the ability to locate the item by its application. As an added benefit, the user has the ability to export the catalog they have created into a stand-alone CD for duplication and distribution to customers.
Auto Plus purchases are fully integrated and not on separate modules. When searching out inventory, back orders, activity or movements of inventory, all are accessible from the system, providing the end user access to the data required for making informed decisions. History as it relates to a particular vendor or item is available when placing an order plus shipments can be partially received if quantities are missing. In addition, SKU labels can be printed as they are received and saved.
