Rebsi: So, let's get started. How did you first hear about Auto PlusXP?

Adam: I was recommended by Eugene Elder of Expert Data Solutions to River's Edge, Inc. He mentioned that their ecommerce technology worked in perfect harmony with the automotive business software Auto PlusXP.


Rebsi: What were your first impressions of the product when you signed up? What keeps you using Auto PlusXP?

Rebsi: What other benefits did you experience when using Auto PlusXP?

Adam: It makes the inventory importing, managing, cataloging, search engine optimization and uploading to our website a breeze.


Rebsi: Were you using another software product before or were you managing your automotive business without a software system? Was the transition difficult?

Adam: We were using a software package by the name of Microbiz which was terrible. The transition to the Auto PlusXP automotive shopping cart software system was a breeze.


Rebsi: What challenges did you face that Auto PlusXP was able to help resolve?

Adam: With our old inventory software system it was impossible to get anyone to support us. With Auto PlusXP we have great support and since the system is so easy to learn and use, we are requesting training less and less.


Rebsi: How are you using Auto PlusXP? What are you using it for? What features do you use most (inventory SEO, sales order entry, purchase orders)? Have you used Auto PlusXP in ways you hadn't anticipated?

Adam: Our main use currently for the Auto PlusXP business software is for building our online catalog and uploading inventory, prices and pictures to the web. Shortly we will be using the Auto PlusXP system to manage sales, purchases, accounting and more.


Rebsi: Has your investment in Auto PlusXP provided a positive ROI?

Adam: Although we have just begun to use the new automotive software and the new online shopping cart, the outlook is extremely promising and we can see time savings already in catalog building and managing our website. This alone is saving many hours per day which is money.


Rebsi: Has your company seen increased growth since you started using Auto PlusXP?

Adam: Due to not using the system long enough, we have not seen this change. However, since we now have tools for managing our online shopping cart in addition to customer accounts and other areas, we see that now we finally have a back-end and ecommerce solution that gives us the freedom to grow where before we were held back with both our inventory software and old web site.


Rebsi: What was the learning curve for Auto PlusXP? Was it easy to use?

Adam: It is just unbelievable; I found the layout user friendly and easy to pick-up within the first hour or so.


Rebsi: What is the one feature of Auto PlusXP that you can't live without?

Adam: The ability to import inventory images, catalog building, automatic search engine optimization and uploading straight to our online shopping cart are things I cannot imagine being without now that we have them.


Rebsi: Thanks for participating. Is there anything else you'd like to add?

Adam: The combination of the Auto PlusXP inventory software and the SQLCart online ecommerce are by far the most powerful management tools for an online shopping cart to sell items I have ever seen. How could anyone do it any other way?
