Auto Plus XP update!

River's Edge, Inc. has been hard at work developing the next generation of Auto Plus, Auto Plus XP! Last month we promised to explain more about the AAIA eCatalog Setup and publishing features as well as automatic creation of work orders when entering sales orders.

Bug fixes, patches and new version updates are now a thing of the past.


Announcing: Auto Plus XP Live Update!
As it is the goal of River's Edge to provide its customers with the latest updated versions of Auto Plus XP, we are very excited to announce the introduction of the newest module added to the Auto Plus software program. It's called Auto Plus XP Live Update and like its name, this new feature allows the user to run the Live Update automatically, thereby acquiring the latest updates of Auto Plus. Developed by River's Edge, Inc. and using the power of the Internet, these features use patching and updating technology to make the process simple, quick and efficient.

In our quest to more efficiently handle customer support issues, plus always keeping users abreast of the most current version of Auto Plus XP software, we pay careful attention to what our customer's need and want. To that end, these updates are being developed based on Auto Plus user's requests and needs.

Simply by clicking the "check for updates" button, the program checks for updates, seeking out patches that align with the current version of Auto Plus software your company uses, and then integrates them into your Auto Plus version. These updates include patches, bug fixes and any new features that have been added to Auto Plus, making sure your system is outfitted with the latest up-to-date advances of Auto Plus XP. The new Auto Plus Live Update couldn't be simpler or more efficient to use.

We will be adding new features on an ongoing basis that enable your system operate at peak performance. The Live Update downloads the small patch file that contains all instructions and then codes it to perform every change merely by pressing the "Install Updates" button.

Best of all, existing programs and database files are backed up prior to the Live Update program installing the new patches/updates, so there is no fear of losing important documents or information.

Regular updates are easily accessible for ongoing version changes and will be readily offered to our customers. To assure that your company can take full advantage of the Live Update Patch, you must first have an eligible and previous version of Auto Plus XP installed.
