SALES QUOTES MODULE


The Sales Quote feature of Auto Plus Software is a separate module that is fully integrated throughout the system and does not affect receivables. The dynamic, yet simple to use Sales Quotes feature includes all the benefits of the Sales Invoice Screen. Easily producing quote documents, which are tied to the customer's profile, these documents can be brought up for viewing at any time the user wishes.


In the same manner required during an order entry process, there are 3 stages to a Sales Quote. The three stages consist of Entering, Approving and Invoicing.
  • The Entered Stage is when a team member enters the quote but does not yet have the security in the system that approves the quote and prints it.

  • The Approve Stage allows a Manager/Owner to view the work of the user at which time he or she can edit, add and/or delete items, modify bill to as well as ship to information.

  • The Invoice Stage is completed at the point that a sales quote is converted into an invoice and has the initial sales status of Pick. This can then be further modified and or finalized as a sales invoice.
