You can personalize each account. Cross referencing to MMY is available to anyone using the system. Presentation of paper work is presentable. (pick tickets, packing slips, invoices, reports, etc..). Cost savings on reports has been a huge plus. We use to print reports on green bar paper which was very expensive.
